Surcharges
TRAVEL: Any package at a location over 2.5 hours from Hobart CBD (Tasmania bookings) or 2.5 hours from Sydney CBD (NSW bookings) will incur a further accommodation and travel surcharge of $200 per person.
TIME EXTENSIONS: Find your package in the list below to find out whether a time extension surcharge will apply. Please note, we can be flexible with variations in total booking time and earlier ceremony start times (subject to factors such as travel time), but there is no grace period for late finishes.
Our full-day packages cover up to 8 hours from guest arrival time to reception end time. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
Our ceremony-only packages cover up to 1.5 hours from guest arrival time to ceremony end time. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
Our ceremony & canapés packages cover up to 3.5 hours from guest arrival time to canapés end time. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
Our canapés & reception packages cover up to 7 hours. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
Our reception-only packages cover up to 5 hours. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
Our daytime wedding packages cover up to 5 hours from ceremony start time to reception end time. Any additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour, per person.
LATE FINISHES: Our packages cover up to 11pm only. (Want to know why? Click here.) Any additional time after 11pm will incur a surcharge of $150 per 30 minutes (per person) and $150 per 15 minutes post-midnight. This surcharge applies even if the total wedding length is within the specified timeframe associated with your package (see above).
SAX TIME EXTENSIONS: If you require sax for longer than 3 hours, the additional time incurs a surcharge of $200 per hour.
ADDITIONAL SETUP LOCATIONS: Our full-day packages include up to 3 x setup locations, and our canapés + reception packages (no ceremony) include up to 2 x setup locations. Additional setup locations will incur a surcharge of $200 per setup.

The duo or trio can feature any of the talented musicians listed on our artists page, depending on their availability.
All artists on our page are equipped to deliver the Acoustic + DJ Wedding Package as described; however, it’s not possible to mix and match artists.
Since artist availability changes daily, we’ll send out updated availability requests once you confirm that you’re happy with the package and ready to move forward.
